CAPSA Flash




CAPSA Flash is a bulletin published by CAPSA three times a year. This bulletin aims at bringing valuable information from Asia and the Pacific (and sometimes beyond) about secondary crops and poverty alleviation issues to Asian and Pacific scientists and decision makers. This bulletin consists of five types of information. The Short Article, is a one-page synthesis on a topic related to the situation and prospects of crops in Asia and the Pacific. Breaking News provides up-to-date information regarding important events that might have a bearing on the future of secondary crops in Asia and the Pacific. The Briefs section comprises short paragraphs relating to research and policy development on secondary crops. The Book Review relates relevant information about recent publications concerning secondary crops and/or poverty issues. Finally, some information on workshops, seminars, conferences and training related to secondary crops is included in the Event section. We hope CAPSA Flash will meet your expectations but we still would like to receive your feedback and suggestions, as well as your contributions.
